Return eligibility
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery if an item arrives damaged, incorrect or materially different from its description. Include your order number and clear photographs of the parcel and product.
Food products
For safety and quality reasons, opened or correctly delivered food products cannot normally be returned. Verified damage, leakage or incorrect fulfilment remains eligible for replacement or refund.
Non-food products
Eligible unused items must be returned in original condition and packaging within 7 days after return approval.
Refund timing
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Bank processing times vary and may take 5ÔÇô10 business days after approval.
Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled before dispatch. Once dispatched, the applicable return process will apply.
